Super-intelligent document imaging.
Document imaging used to mean a scan and an index field. Now a machine can look at the page, know what it is, read what matters off it, assemble the packet it belongs to, and check its own work before it goes out the door. We have been doing imaging since before it was interesting. This is what it turned into.
Four steps that used to be four people.
- 01 — See
Visual classification
The system looks at a page and knows what it is — invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate — without a barcode, a naming convention, or anyone sorting a pile first.
- 02 — Read
Data entry from the document
The fields that matter come off the page and into the system as structured records, matched against the file they belong to. No re-keying, and no template to maintain per supplier.
- 03 — Assemble
Packet building
The documents a billing or clearance packet requires are gathered, ordered and assembled automatically, with the gaps named rather than silently left out.
- 04 — Check
Visual audit
Before it goes anywhere, the packet is inspected the way a reviewer would — is everything present, does it agree with itself, is anything in it wrong. Exceptions surface; the rest goes.
And none of it starts with a file upload. The pipeline begins at a shared mailbox, monitored continuously for inbound documentation. Trading partners who will never integrate with you will still send email — that is an interface, it just has not been treated as one.
Where the documents actually come from
CDIA+ certified competency. Document imaging is not something we picked up when AI made it fashionable — it is a discipline we hold certification in, and the reason the new tools land on solid ground instead of a demo.
Certified Document Imaging Architect+
Imaging at this level is not a recent pivot — and it was never standalone. We built document-imaging systems wired into the host system of record for Saskatchewan Power, the U.S. Department of Energy and U.S. Navy Pensacola, and into a CICS hospital information system at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital. Institutions that do not tolerate lost paper. The AI is simply the newest layer on a discipline we have practiced for decades.
Document imaging, host-integrated · enterprise, government, healthcare
We will also tell you when AI is the wrong tool. A lot of what gets scoped as an AI project is a parsing problem with a deterministic answer, and deterministic is cheaper, faster and auditable. You will hear that from us before you spend anything.
How we scope
Tell us what you have been told is impossible.
A couple of sentences about the system and what you need out of it is enough to get a straight answer about whether we can do it.
